Times They Are A Changing

Times are changing for everyone here at RC-Extreme.

Matt who has been here from the start, has decided to step down as a committee member.

There are other staff members who seem to have faded away so we are looking for your help to move the club forward and to continue to grow.

We have the opportunity to appear at the Modified Nationals car show in Peterborough again, it was very successful last year and was a fantastic weekend of glorious sunshine and thumping bass all weekend. The hope would be to do the same this year.

We are looking for 4 new committee staff to help the club grow and contribute to the running of the club.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a successful team of R/C enthusiasts who have been running since April 2006. We are not focused on racing, more about the sense of well-being when you take your cars out and thrash them around your local area in dirt tracks, skate parks or fields etc and the enjoyment you get from being part of a great community.

If you fell you have the drive and motivation, have something to offer and want to help, then get in touch and let us know.

Anyone About This Weekend?

Anyone planning on being out this weekend?

I'm hoping to make it out at least 1 of the days, more than likely going to pay another visit to Gosport on Sunday as it means a lay-in. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Ordered a few bits so just need to fit them and get something sorted to run. Would be good to see a few of you guys down there also, great bunch of lads doing the hobby proud.

Wont have the Baja running as still need to sort a few bits for it but have got the 8.5 buggy running, or near running and hope to have the savvy fixed for the 1st time since hop farm.

Hopefully Paul will be out so I can get my 2 spekky rx's off of him. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/whistling.gif)

There were reports of RCX causing peoples AV products to go nutty when they clicked on the site, this has now been resolved.

There was something dodgy on the site, we are not sure how it came to be here but it has been found and dealt with.
