Trader Policy

We believe that our users should only deal with the best suppliers and that our sponsors should work with the club and not just use our members as a captive audience. The RC-Extreme OffRoad Car Club works hard with it's sponsors and traders to ensure a fair and effective trading solution can be made. As always, the club operates a completely open policy with regard to how it operates towards it's traders; however - For trader confidentiality; pricing is kept strictly between the club and trader.

All traders and the club with regard to traders shall abide by the following rules.

Registered/Official Sponsoring Traders
  • As a trader; you must have a generally high feedback from clients throughout the web (The club shall verify this by any means it deems neccessary)
  • The club shall monitor your trading feedback; should repetetive negative feedback give us cause for concern, we may terminate any sponsorship deal
  • Our club members will always come before any trading deals
  • We ask that all traders provide a special discount to our club members in regard to their product selection
  • The club assures traders that there will never be more than 3 sponsors at any one time and all sponsors will be selected to ensure that they do not (Where reasonably possible) fall into direct competition with oneanother through their key product lines
  • We do ask that all sponsors provide a minimal monthly sum toward club running costs to be paid prior to sponsorship status being granted
  • Club sponsors/traders may be asked to sponsor events and competitions which is optional; additionally; traders may be asked to work with the club, selling at events and helping to promote the hobby further - Traders will be responsible for their own event fees
  • Traders/Sponsors will be given space on the forums to trade and liase with the club and it's members
  • Traders/Sponsors will be given additional messaging tools to help promote their business through the club
  • Traders/Sponsors may withdraw their sponsorship at anytime; no refunds are available
  • The club may cease a traders/sponsor's placement at anytime with 1 weeks notice whereby a pro-rata refund shall be issued for funds paid; but not yet used in a monthly period
  • May post links to their site and products within posts; but may not knowingly spam the forum with every product they stock
Non-Registered Traders/Sponsors
  • May not post links to any product sold by their business/person anywhere within the RC-X network.
  • May post a link to their main website within their signature... Not in post text.
In all cases, general rules apply.

To enquire about sponsorship/trading on RC-X please PM Greeno or any of the other staff who will be happy to assist.
