wow guess what, i got spncership from CML and wheelspin models this year and have been given this to race with
(IMG:http://media8.dropshots.com/photos/160482/20091006/b_230048.jpg) little dusty at the moment for the frst track test this weekend just gone but its seriously is an MCD killer. i put a 30CC engine in there to compinaste for the lack of a tuned pipe, a high responce clutch, some new FG tires on MCD rims and some better servos. im also painting a new shell for it too. roll on the start of the nationals in 2 weeks -------------------- i started with nothing now i have somthing i proved them all they were wrong so glad i kept fighting and i never stop trying bin waiting to sing for so long my wittle song |

well first race today and yes there was a couple of teathing problems.
the steering rack isnt the strongest in the world alloy one now ordered and the front screws that hold the hubs arent a fantastic fit so any threadlock breaks. will fix that over the next week but i finnished 2nd overall so im well chuffed with that, bring on kort on the 25th april -------------------- i started with nothing now i have somthing i proved them all they were wrong so glad i kept fighting and i never stop trying bin waiting to sing for so long my wittle song |

there is a mod you can do on the front hubs to stop the bottom screw/bolt from falling out if it works loose, simply drill a hole across where the screw goes and put another screw across the head of the orinal screw so it cant fall out, hope that makes sense (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

How do you go about getting a sponsor? thats a sweet result, getting a car for free!!
Do you compete on a national basis and have to be a regular winner at events? or do you just write and ask? |

Don't know you and haven't met you but respect to you (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
We all know how tricky these little screamers can be to handle so well done and i'll be watching your progress, do you use any gyro's for your steering...often wondered if you guys are allowed to install them for competition use? and as far as the MCD killer goes..............you lucky ba***rd....lol Regards, Mac -------------------- Revo / Pico 21 GV Rambo 1/7th SH28 Raptor 30 T-Rex 500 F6F Hellcat 72" W/Span Extreme 3D 56" W/Span Go-Ped Bigfoot X-Ped 52cc |
